The development seeks to deliver 386 new homes, retail and office space, and substantial areas of public open space including play areas and allotments. The first phase of the development, which is to be known as Kingsmere Park, would include 238 homes and the SANG (Suitable Alternative Natural Green Space). Following the pre-application consultation and the approval of a Design Code for the development, we have submitted a planning application for the detail of the first phase, which is being considered by Dorset Council (planning application reference number P/RES/2022/03505). Further detail regarding the proposed building heights and layout to the west of the site has been prepared below, in response to questions asked at the community drop-in event |
